What’s going on with my transaction? Revolut payouts used to take no more than 30 minutes — now it's been over 6 hours and I still haven’t received anything. My USDT was credited to your wallet long ago, so where is my money? You’re ignoring tickets, not answering on Telegram — this level of silence is unacceptable. I demand an immediate update and resolution. Don’t make me escalate this further.

I’ve started exchange on Friday 17:00 They received my payment but then reply that there was a mistake with the payment on Wise. From their side. After that nothing happens, I’ve tried to write everywhere to support but they didn’t reply anywhere. Also they changed the status at night on done, And still at Saturday 10 in the morning, nothing On my Wise account. I’m still don’t understand where I should contact to in order to get my money this is a stupidest exchange I’ve seen, the admin is reading everything but not replying like a small child. Best change admin can you please help with this question. And didn’t work with this guys anymore.

Sent my LTC to get EUR on Wise, on 2.15 am today, No money, no response from support, nothing... Seems strange to me, because I'd been using this exchanger for a while and exchanged big sums on it impeccably, with 0 problems. Now, exchanging less 100 eur to be scammed, seems really unrealistic. Hope that it's just a tech problem or sth. Still waiting for my money.

Never trust this so-called "service"! i found them here and thought they could be trusted. I successfully completed a few exchanges in the usdt — revolut eur direction, but as soon as i sent a larger amount, my funds were frozen! they claimed there was some "error" and said they would perform some made-up recalculation and return the money minus their internal "fees." This is nonsense: the exchange rate was completely average for the market, and there were no valid reasons to freeze my funds. It seems like they deliberately wait for you to trust them and then steal your money. My funds have been frozen since last year, and i have received refund just a few days ago. They send me minus 615 udst — just for using this "service". Do not use *** you risk losing your money!

Today I tried using the website to exchange my tether to a visa card payment. I've sent the payment to the address given in the payment window and despite having over 1000 confirmations the window does not update to show the payment. So far support seems to only be delaying me and is unable to say when they will have it fixed and they have not given me a refund when requested.

I used this exchange service a lot of times, lately it became slower than usual. Forexample now, it's almost 13 hours and I still didn't get the money. I'm uding Litecoin to Visa Mastercard USD service.

We need the money so we can buy goods for our company. I can't understand why bestchange is letting this kind of exchanger be on top for EUR/USDT Rate. It is unacceptable that we have to wait 1 week to get our money.
